When your team decides to bid, create a response. Reyda opens a Bid Room, the shared workspace where you, your colleagues and Emma prepare the submission.
You need the owner, admin or editor role, and the tender must be in Triage in Pipeline. If you marked it No bid or Archived, restore it to Triage first. A tender can have one response from the pipeline.
Ideally, put the buyer documents on the Documents tab first. The Bid Room stays linked to the opportunity, and Reyda uses the buyer documents to extract requirements.

Create the response

1

Open the tender in Pipeline

2

Click Create response at the top right

3

Confirm in Create a bid-room response?

“This creates an in-progress response in Bid Room and moves this pipeline item to Pursue.”
4

Click Create response

Reyda shows “Response created” and opens the new Bid Room.
From then on, the button reads Open response in Pipeline, and the opportunity’s detail page shows Open Response. Use either to jump back to the Bid Room. You can also ask Emma to create the response from the chat. She asks you to confirm first, then starts organizing the work.

What happens next

  • Reyda extracts the tender’s requirements on the Requirements tab.
  • You set assignees, dates and status on the Overview tab.
  • Emma can plan the work, draft documents and fill buyer forms, and asks you when she needs a decision.
See Bid Rooms overview and Work overview.
You don’t need a pipeline item to start a bid. If a tender came by email or from a portal Reyda doesn’t cover, use New Bid Room to create one from the buyer files. See Create a Bid Room.
