Opportunities is where you find public tenders. Reyda gives you four views of the same notices. Each answers a different question: what fits us now, what is about to be re-tendered, what is coming, and what is out there. Open Opportunities from the sidebar, under Market. The views appear as tabs at the top of the page.

The views

Recommended

“Opportunities selected for your company.” Open tenders that Reyda matched to your profile. Split into Recommended and For review.

Expiring contracts

Awarded contracts with an end date in the coming months. “Find contracts nearing their end and explore potential renewal opportunities.”

Upcoming

Planned notices, such as prior information notices (PINs). “See what buyers are planning and prepare for future opportunities.”

Browse

All notices. “Explore tenders and find opportunities for your business.”
The Recommended view shows the opportunities Reyda considers the strongest fit for your profile. It has two parts:
  • Recommended: the purchased work matches your company’s products or services.
  • For review: “These opportunities may fit, but need your judgment before you decide whether to pursue them.” Typically the scope is only partly clear, or your profile is missing information Reyda needs.
When your profile changes, a banner reads Updating your recommendations while Reyda re-checks opportunities. Results appear as they are ready. See How matching works for what drives these lists.
Empty Recommended view? If you see No recommended opportunities, your profile is probably too thin to match against. Add interests, services and CPV codes in your company profile. If you see the banner “Set your preferences to get better opportunity matches.”, click Set preferences.

Expiring contracts

Public contracts usually run for a fixed term and are then re-tendered. Expiring contracts lists awarded notices whose contract ends in the coming months, so you can approach the buyer and prepare before the new tender is published. Sort by Contract end: soonest to see the most urgent first.

Upcoming

Upcoming shows planned notices. A prior information notice (PIN) is a buyer’s early announcement that a procurement is coming. Use this view to prepare references, partners and pricing before the formal tender opens.

Browse

Browse shows open and planned notices by default. To include closed and awarded notices, set Opportunity status to All, or pick Closed or Awarded. Use it with search and filters when you know what you are looking for. See Search and filters.

Working from any view

Each opportunity card or row shows the status, buyer, location, value, publication date and deadline. From there you can:
  • Click the card to open the opportunity details.
  • Click Add to pipeline to start qualifying it. See Pipeline overview.
  • Click Add to calendar to save the deadline to Google Calendar, Outlook or a downloaded .ics file.
  • Hover the relevance indicator to see why a tender matched your profile. The tooltip is headed Why this matched.
Opportunities you have already opened are marked Seen.

Ask Emma

Emma, Reyda’s AI bid manager, can search the same opportunity data for you and explain what she finds. Open her with Open Emma at the bottom of the sidebar (on a phone, tap Assistant). She works from your profile and the notice data. You decide what goes into your pipeline.
