Search and filters work in every opportunity view. Use them to go from thousands of notices to the handful your team should read today. Type into the search box (“Search title, buyer, reference, or keywords…”). Next to it, choose how Reyda reads your words:
Smart search helps when buyers word things differently. A search for “cleaning services” in Smart mode can also surface notices that describe the same work in other terms. Switch to Exact if the results get too broad.

Filters

Use the Filters sidebar. If it is hidden, click Show filters. Not every filter appears in every view. You can combine any of these:
  • Recommendation status: Recommended, For review, Not recommended.
  • Opportunity status: Open, Planned, Closed, Awarded, All.
  • Publication date range: for example Last 7 days or a custom range.
  • Deadline: a preset such as In one week, or a custom date.
  • Source: TED, Öffentliche Vergabe, eVergabe, eTenders.
  • Scope: EU-wide or National. EU-wide procurements are above the EU thresholds and follow the EU directives.
  • CPV Codes: codes from the Common Procurement Vocabulary, the EU’s standard classification of what is being bought.
  • Notice type, Procedure type, Legal basis, City, Buyer and Contract value.
Click Clear all to reset.
Save to Profile changes matching for everyone. In the CPV Codes filter you can click Save to Profile. This adds the codes to your company’s tracked CPV codes. It updates matching for all members of your organization, not only your search. Use it only for codes that describe your business.

Seen, sort and page size

  • Seen filter: All, New (opportunities you haven’t opened yet) or Reviewed (ones you’ve already viewed).
  • Sort by: relevance, date, deadline, value, location, unseen first or contract end.
  • Per page: how many results each page shows.

Ask Emma

Emma can run searches for you, combine conditions that are awkward to set as filters, and read the results. She only reads opportunity data. Nothing is added to your pipeline unless you ask.
