Reyda reads the tender documents, finds ambiguous or contradictory points, and drafts a clarification question for each one with a link to the source passage. Good questions remove risk from your bid and can shape the buyer’s answers for everyone.
You need the owner, admin or editor role and an active plan. The buyer documents must be on the tender’s Documents tab: “Generation is disabled for notices without documents”. Check the Bidder questions end date under Key dates; questions sent after it won’t be answered.

Generate questions

1

Open the tender in Pipeline and stay on the Overview tab

2

In the Proposed buyer questions section, click Generate

3

Wait while "Generating questions..." runs

Click Cancel to stop.
4

Review the list

Each question shows Source: with the document and page number. Click a source to open the passage.
5

Click Re-generate if the buyer publishes new documents

If Reyda finds nothing to ask, you’ll see “We were unable to identify any unclear questions for the buyer in this notice.”

Send the questions

You send the questions to the buyer yourself, so you control exactly what they see. Copy the ones you want, edit them into your own words, and submit them through the procurement portal named in the notice. Keep a record of the buyer’s answers and add them to the tender’s documents when they’re published.
Ask about things that change your price or your eligibility first: unclear volumes, contradictory deadlines, ambiguous evaluation criteria, or reference requirements that don’t fit SMEs. Avoid questions that reveal your solution to competitors, because answers are usually published to all bidders.
