Connect Claude to Reyda so you can ask about your opportunities, documents, pipeline and buyers in a Claude chat. You start in Reyda to get the exact settings, finish in Claude, then approve access back in Reyda. Claude Desktop uses the same connectors as your claude.ai account, so you only set it up once.

Before you start

  • You need an active account in your Reyda organization. Any role can connect, including Viewer.
  • Check the Claude and Reyda plan requirements. See Plan requirements.
Never paste your Reyda password or a dashboard token into Claude’s settings. You only sign in to Reyda on Reyda’s own page, when Claude sends you there.

Get the settings from Reyda

Go to Settings → Integrations and open the AI assistants tab

You see a card for ChatGPT and one for Claude. If the tab isn’t there, AI assistants aren’t enabled for your Reyda environment.

Click Connect Claude

The guide shows the MCP server URL, Read scopes (if requested), OAuth client ID and Registered callback URL, each with Copy. If it says Claude is not configured for this Reyda environment yet, email support@reyda.ai before continuing.

Click Open Claude

Claude opens in a new tab. Keep the guide open in Reyda.

Add the connector in Claude

In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors

If Reyda is already listed, select it, choose Connect and skip to the next section.

Choose Add custom connector and name it Reyda

Paste the MCP server URL from Reyda's guide

In the advanced OAuth settings, enter the OAuth client ID from the guide if Claude asks for one. If Claude asks for scopes, use the read scopes from the guide.

Choose Connect

Claude sends you to Reyda to approve access.

Approving here is what creates the connection; adding the connector in Claude alone doesn’t. On Connect your AI assistant, you see your account (Signed in as), the Organization Claude will read from, the site you Return to (such as claude.ai) and the four read permissions you grant together.

Sign in to Reyda if asked

Reyda keeps the request while you sign in.

Check the Organization and Return to site

Make sure they are what you expect before you approve.

Click Allow read access

Or click Deny to refuse. You return to Claude.

Back in Reyda's guide, click Check connection

When Reyda finds your connection, the Claude card shows Connected and a notice confirms it.

FAQ

The callback must exactly match a Registered callback URL in the guide. If it differs, stop and email support@reyda.ai to register it.
Requests expire after a few minutes and can be used once. Start the connection again from Claude.
Finish connecting in Claude and click Allow read access in Reyda, then check again.
Yes. A workspace owner adds the connector once, then each member authorizes their own Reyda account and sees only what that account can see.
