Use the report to judge how competitive a tender really is, whether there is an incumbent, and how to pitch your response.
You need the owner, admin or editor role. The notice must name a known buyer, and the buyer documents must be on the tender’s Documents tab. Generating reports uses AI credits; see Plans and credits.

1

Open the tender in Pipeline and stay on the Overview tab

2

On the Buyer activity report card, click Create report

3

Confirm in Create buyer report?

Click Re-generate to refresh the report, or Export PDF to share it.

What the report contains

Overview & Insights
  • Summary: an AI-generated summary of the buyer’s historic activity.
  • Key insights: answers to questions such as:
    • Who has won similar contracts with this buyer before?
    • What CPV categories does this buyer focus on?
    • Has this buyer bought similar services before, and how often?
    • What is the typical value range for similar contracts?
    • Does the buyer tend to reuse the same suppliers or rotate vendors?
  • Similar Notices: other notices from this buyer that resemble the tender.
Relevant contract history
  • Similarly awarded contracts by this buyer, with award value and award date where published.
If the report shows “No relevant historic activity”, that is useful too: there may be no incumbent. The buyer may not have awarded contracts in this category yet, may use other procurement channels, or the data may not be public.
The Details card on the pipeline tender also shows the Current supplier when the notice data includes one. Combine it with this report to plan your approach.
