Click any opportunity to open its detail page. It has the tabs Overview, Full Notice and Documents. Everything you need for a first read is here, before you add the tender to your pipeline.

Overview

The Overview tab gives you the essentials:
  • Relevance: the verdict (Relevant, Possible match or Not relevant) and a short explanation. If the notice asks for something your profile doesn’t show, Qualification notes list it. See How matching works.
  • AI Summary: a short summary of the notice. It carries the warning “AI-generated content may contain errors. Verify important details independently.”
  • Timeline: where the tender is (Planned, Open, Closed, Awarded) and its key deadlines, such as the deadline for submission and the deadline for questions.
  • Buyer details, procedure, classification (CPV codes), lots and award criteria, where the notice provides them. A lot is a separately awarded part of a tender.
  • Similar Notices: related tenders, useful for spotting repeat buyers.

Full Notice

Full Notice shows the published notice in structured sections, such as Procedure information, Participation requirements, Selection criteria, Award criteria and Exclusion criteria. Sections appear only when the notice includes them.

Documents

Buyer documents are not always downloaded automatically. To get them:
1

Open the Documents tab

2

Click Fetch documents

Reyda downloads and analyses the files from the procurement portal.
3

Upload files Reyda couldn't fetch

If a file shows “Couldn’t fetch file automatically”, download it from the portal yourself and click Upload Document or Upload Replacement.
4

Open or download the documents

Click a document to open it in the viewer, or click Download stored files.
Some files are listed before Reyda has stored a copy. You can still open or download them, but Download stored files only includes files Reyda has already stored. When the notice has them, Published external links lists links to the publisher’s pages.
Get the documents early. Pipeline reports need the buyer documents. If a portal doesn’t support automatic fetching, upload the files yourself.

Header actions

  • Add to pipeline: starts qualification. Once a response exists, the button becomes Open Response.
  • Add to Calendar: Google Calendar, Outlook or Download .ics.
  • Share: copies a public preview link (“Preview link copied”). Anyone with the link sees a short “Procurement brief” without logging in: buyer, value, location, deadline and summary, with a View original link to the source notice.
  • Not relevant (the thumbs-down icon): tells Reyda this tender doesn’t fit. See How matching works.

Ask Emma

Open Emma’s chat pane while you’re on the opportunity. She knows which tender you’re looking at. Suggested starters include Analyze an opportunity, Create a response plan and Check compliance. Emma reads and summarises. She asks before she creates anything, such as a Bid Room, and decisions to bid stay with you.
