Add colleagues to your workspace so you can work on bids together. Only owners and admins can open Settings → Members (click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings).

Invite a colleague

1

Open Settings → Members

2

Click Invite team member

3

Enter email addresses

Under Search names or emails, enter one or more email addresses.
4

Under Select role, choose Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer

The role starts as Viewer, which can read but not edit or use Emma. Change it for anyone who will work on bids. See Roles and permissions.
5

Optionally add a note in Message, then click Send invite

Invitations need work email addresses. If even one address in the batch is personal or disposable, Reyda sends none of the invitations. Remove or correct that address, then try again. The invitation shows as Invited until your colleague accepts. They receive an email, create a password and land in your workspace.

Approve a join request

When colleagues sign up with their work email, they can choose Join an organization, see Organizations with your email domain, and click Request to Join.
1

Open Settings → Members and select the Members Request tab

2

Review the pending request

3

Click Approve to let them in, or Decline

A pending request from a personal email address can’t be approved. While they wait, the requester sees Request Pending Approval and can click Send Reminder. Reminders are limited; see Limits. Owners and admins get an Inbox notification when someone joins.

Change a role or remove a member

  • To change someone’s role, open Settings → Members and pick a new role next to their name. They get a notification that their role was updated.
  • To remove someone, delete them from the member list, then click Delete to confirm. This cannot be undone.

Work with people outside your company

You do not need to add partners, subcontractors or reviewers as members. Share a single Bid Room or document with them as a guest; guests only see the pages you share. See Sharing and guests.
Assign work once your team is in. In a Bid Room, use Assignees to show who owns the bid, and mention colleagues in comments with @. Assigned and mentioned people are notified in their Inbox.
