Review your connections
1
Go to Settings → Integrations and open the AI assistants tab
Each assistant has a card. A connected assistant shows Connected, “Claude is connected to your Reyda account” (or ChatGPT), and the number of Read permissions granted. An assistant you haven’t connected shows Connect ChatGPT or Connect Claude instead.
2
Click Manage connection
For each connection you see the Environment, when it was Connected, when it was Last used (or Never), and the read permissions it has.

Revoke access
1
On the assistant's card, click Manage connection
2
Click Revoke access on the connection you want to remove
The assistant can no longer read your Reyda data, and existing sessions stop working. There is no extra confirmation step.
3
Remove the connector in your assistant too (optional)
This tidies up ChatGPT or Claude. Removing it there alone doesn’t necessarily revoke it in Reyda, so always revoke in Reyda.

Manage connection, with Revoke access
Multiple connections for one assistant
Each time you approve access again, Reyda creates a new connection, so you may see more than one for the same assistant. Revoke any you no longer use.How long access lasts
The assistant’s access renews itself in the background while you use it. If the assistant doesn’t use Reyda for a while, you may need to connect again. When access stops automatically
Access stops without you revoking it if your account is deactivated or you leave the organization. If your organization no longer has an active paid plan, the connection stays in place but the assistant can’t read data. It gets a message asking an organization owner to manage the subscription in Reyda. Once the plan is active again, the same connection works; you don’t need to reconnect. See Plans and credits.FAQ
Can an admin revoke someone else's connection?
Can an admin revoke someone else's connection?
No. The AI assistants tab shows only your own connections, and you can only revoke your own.
What does "Last used: Never" mean?
What does "Last used: Never" mean?
You approved access, but the assistant hasn’t called Reyda yet with that connection. Try a question in a chat with Reyda turned on.
