Start from the Pipeline when the tender is already in Reyda. Use New Bid Room when you received it another way, for example by email or from a portal Reyda does not cover. Either way, Reyda processes the buyer documents and fills the Requirements tab automatically.
You need the Owner, Admin or Editor role to create a Bid Room. Viewers can open rooms shared with them but cannot create one.
1

Open Pipeline and click Review on the tender

2

Generate the reports first (optional)

Generate the Bid/no-bid report and Buyer activity report so your team decides with the evidence in front of them.
3

Click Create response

4

In the Create a bid-room response? dialog, confirm

Reyda creates an in-progress response in Bid Room and moves the pipeline item to Pursue.
5

Click Open response to go to the new Bid Room

View Opportunity takes you back to the linked notice. Tender documents fetched from the portal appear in the room. If none were fetched yet, the Overview shows No documents fetched yet; use Upload document to add them yourself.
Upload the whole package. Requirements, forms and deadlines are often spread across several files. Upload everything the buyer published, including annexes and clarification answers. Missing files mean missing requirements.
Emma can also create a Bid Room from a conversation, for example after she has qualified an opportunity. She always asks for your confirmation first.

What happens next

  1. Reyda extracts the requirements. Check them in the Requirements tab.
  2. Add assignees and a deadline on the Overview tab.
  3. Ask Emma to start the response work. Her goal and deliverables appear on the Overview.
  4. Draft and review documents in the Documents tab.
