Open the account menu in the sidebar

Choose Language, then English, German or Dutch

The change applies straight away and is saved to your account, so it follows you to other devices.

Choose Appearance, then System, Light or Dark

System follows your computer’s light or dark setting.

Emma’s language

Emma replies in the language of your latest message, independently of the interface language. You can also ask her for a specific language, which is useful when the tender is in one language and your team works in another.

Some AI-generated text, such as the reasoning on recommended tenders, is produced in English or German.

Tender documents in other languages

Tender documents stay in the buyer’s language. To read one in your language, open the document and use Translate document, then Translate to…. Switch back with Original. Translation may not be enabled in every workspace.
Ask Emma to answer in your language while quoting the buyer’s original wording. This keeps the exact terms you will need in your response.
