Integrations let Emma draw on the tools your work already lives in, such as past bids in SharePoint or decisions made in Slack. Manage them in Settings → Integrations. Members who can’t see the full Settings menu open it from the account menu under Integrations.

What connects today

Slack (your company)

Connected once by an admin for the whole workspace. Talk to Emma by DM or @mention, get routine results and the opportunity briefing in Slack, and let Emma read public channels.

SharePoint (your account)

Emma searches your team libraries and reads past bids, certificates and quality manuals.

Google Drive (your account)

Emma searches shared drives and reads proposals, CVs and company documents.

Notion (your account)

Emma finds pages by title and reads them in full: processes, templates, reference material.

AI assistants (your account)

Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Reyda’s MCP server so it can read your opportunities, documents, pipeline and buyer research. Read-only, on the AI assistants tab.

Company and personal connections

Integrations come in two kinds, shown as separate sections on the page:
  • Your company: connected once for everyone by an owner or admin. Slack is the only one today.
  • Your accounts: you connect these yourself, and Reyda reads them with your own permissions. A colleague only sees what they have connected. SharePoint, Google Drive and Notion work this way.
AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude work the other way round: the assistant reads your Reyda data, and each person approves their own connection. See Reyda MCP server. Deadlines on opportunities, pipeline items and Bid Rooms have Add to calendar. Choose Google Calendar, Outlook or Download .ics. This adds a single event and doesn’t need a connection.

Coming soon

These appear on the Integrations page with a Coming soon badge and can’t be connected yet:
  • Microsoft Teams: talking to Emma in Teams and delivering routines to Teams are not available.
  • Salesforce.
Email delivery for routines is also coming soon. Emma has her own email address instead of connecting to your inbox. See Emma’s mailbox.

How integrations work in Reyda

Connecting your tools lets Emma find and use information your team already has, without changing the original content or requiring you to upload everything to Reyda.
  • Your content stays where it is. Emma reads connected tools when she needs them during a conversation. Documents aren’t copied into your Reyda Library. To make a document part of your company’s knowledge base, upload it to the Library.
  • Your original content stays unchanged. Emma can search and read SharePoint, Google Drive and Notion, but she can’t create, edit or delete anything there. In Slack, she reads recent messages in public channels when you ask, and posts her replies and results.
  • Access depends on your role and your own connections. Members who can use Emma can use connected tools. SharePoint, Google Drive and Notion use your own account, so Emma only sees what you can open. Viewers can’t use Emma, but they can connect an AI assistant through the Reyda MCP server, which reads only what they have access to.
  • Your credentials stay with your provider. Connections use each provider’s own sign-in. Reyda doesn’t store your provider passwords, and disconnecting a tool removes Reyda’s access immediately.
No other connectors. Reyda doesn’t currently connect to CRM or ERP systems, Dropbox, or Gmail and Outlook inboxes, and has no public API.
