Connect ChatGPT to Reyda so you can ask about your opportunities, documents, pipeline and buyers in a ChatGPT chat. You start in Reyda to get the exact settings, create the app in ChatGPT, then approve access back in Reyda.

Before you start

  • You need an active account in your Reyda organization. Any role can connect, including Viewer.
  • Check the ChatGPT and Reyda plan requirements. See Plan requirements.
Never paste your Reyda password or a dashboard token into ChatGPT’s settings. You only sign in to Reyda on Reyda’s own page, when ChatGPT sends you there.

Get the settings from Reyda

1

Go to Settings → Integrations and open the AI assistants tab

You see a card for ChatGPT and one for Claude. If the tab isn’t there, AI assistants aren’t enabled for your Reyda environment.
2

Click Connect ChatGPT

The guide shows the MCP server URL, Read scopes (if requested), OAuth client ID and Registered callback URL, each with Copy. If it says ChatGPT is not configured for this Reyda environment yet, email support@reyda.ai before continuing.
3

Click Open ChatGPT

ChatGPT opens in a new tab. Keep the guide open in Reyda.

Create the app in ChatGPT

1

In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps

If Reyda is already available in your workspace, select it, choose Connect and skip to the next section.
2

Otherwise, create a custom MCP app in developer mode

If you can’t create an app, check your ChatGPT plan and workspace permissions.
3

Name the app and add the server URL

Name the app Reyda and paste the MCP server URL from Reyda’s guide. Choose OAuth. Enter the OAuth client ID and the read scopes from the guide if asked.
4

Check the callback URL

The callback URL ChatGPT shows must exactly match the Registered callback URL in Reyda’s guide. Check this before you scan tools.
5

Scan the tools and finish creating the app

ChatGPT sends you to Reyda to approve access.

Approve access in Reyda

Approving here is what creates the connection; creating the app in ChatGPT alone doesn’t. On Connect your AI assistant, you see your account (Signed in as), the Organization ChatGPT will read from, the site you Return to (such as chatgpt.com) and the four read permissions you grant together.

Sign in to Reyda if asked

2

Check the Organization and Return to site

Make sure they are what you expect before you approve.
3

Click Allow read access

Or click Deny to refuse. You return to ChatGPT.
4

Back in Reyda's guide, click Check connection

When Reyda finds your connection, the ChatGPT card shows Connected and a notice confirms it.
In a business workspace, the administrator publishes the app for members. Each member then connects their own Reyda account and approves their own access.

Use Reyda in a chat

Select Reyda from the apps or tools menu in your chat, then ask a question.

FAQ

Stop and email support@reyda.ai to register it. Reyda only accepts callbacks it has registered exactly.
Some clients need an OAuth client secret. A workspace administrator configures it in ChatGPT. Reyda never shows the secret in the guide.
Requests expire after a few minutes and can be used once. Start the connection again from ChatGPT.
