Use Share to give a subcontractor, consortium partner or reviewer access to exactly the Bid Room or document they need, and nothing else.

Who has access

  • Workspace members get access from their organization role. In the share dialog they show under Workspace access as Inherited. To change what a member can do, change their role in team settings. See Roles and permissions.
  • Guests are people outside your workspace.
Owners and admins can manage access, and so can the colleague who owns or is assigned to the Bid Room.

Share a Bid Room

Open the Bid Room and click Share in the header

Enter email addresses

Enter one or more email addresses in Email, separated by commas.

Choose Viewer or Editor

Click Invite

People without a Reyda account get an invitation to create one. Guests also need a work email address: Reyda doesn’t accept sign-ups from personal or disposable email providers. To change someone’s role later, open Share again and pick a new role. Click Remove to take their access away. To share one file instead of the whole room, open it in the document workbench and click Share in its toolbar. The dialog shows the scope This document; invite people the same way. Copy link copies the page address. Anyone with the link still needs access, so the link alone does not open the page to them.
Think before you share. A shared Bid Room includes the buyer documents, your drafts and the comment history. If a partner only needs one file, share that file instead of the whole room.

If someone opens a link without access, they see Request access and can send a request.

Click Approve or Reject

Approved requests get Viewer access by default. You can raise them to Editor afterwards.

What guests see

Guests see only the Bid Rooms and documents shared with them. They work with your team in comments and documents, but Emma isn’t available to them. Owners and admins can see everyone with guest access under Guests in the Share dialog.
