Where to find her. Click Open Emma at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, tap Assistant. Some screens call her
“Assistant” or “Reyda AI”. It is the same Emma.
How Emma works
Treat Emma like a capable colleague who has read the tender. You give her an outcome, such as “decide whether we should bid” or “draft our answer to question 4”. She does the research and preparation, then comes back with a result and a short report: what she did, what she verified, and what still needs you. A few habits shape how she works:- She researches before she asks. Emma reads the notice, buyer documents, your company profile, past projects and library before asking you for anything. She only asks for decisions and facts she can’t find.
- She works from evidence. Emma cites the sources she has read and doesn’t invent facts. See Evidence over invention.
- She keeps going while she waits. If one part of a bid needs your decision, Emma asks once. Meanwhile, she carries on with everything that doesn’t depend on your answer.
- She reports honestly. Drafts are drafts. Emma tells you what is complete, what needs review and what is blocked. She won’t call a document final or claim a check she didn’t run.
What Emma can do
Discover
Search live and historical tenders, find contracts that are about to expire, research buyers and
suppliers, and save search profiles.
Qualify
Screen eligibility and deadlines, generate the bid/no-bid and buyer activity reports, and
propose clarification questions for the buyer.
Plan
Map every deliverable the buyer asks for, build a response plan, and break the bid into tracked
work.
Draft
Write method statements and quality answers, fill buyer forms and spreadsheets, and edit
existing Word, Excel, PDF and PowerPoint files.
Review
Red-team a draft against the award criteria, run a compliance check, and check the package for
consistency.
Automate
Run routines on a schedule or when something happens, and deliver the results in chat or Slack.
Where Emma works
You can work with Emma from:- the chat pane beside the page you are on (click Open Emma in the sidebar);
- a Bid Room comment, by typing @Emma;
- Slack, once an admin has connected it;
- her own email address;
- routines, which run without you starting them.
You stay in control
Emma prepares; you decide.- You make the decisions. Whether to bid, what price to offer and when to submit always come back to you.
- You approve outside actions. Before Emma sends an email, creates a Bid Room or searches the web (if your workspace is set to ask first), she shows you an approval card. See Questions and approvals.
- Your team signs and submits. Emma never submits a bid, signs a declaration or commits your company to anything. She only emails a buyer once you approve the message, unless an admin has let her send on her own.
Who can use Emma. Owners, admins and editors can work with Emma. Viewers, and guests invited to a single Bid Room
or document, can’t use her.
