Your past bids, CVs, certificates and process documents often live in SharePoint, Google Drive or Notion. Connect your account and Emma can search and read them during a conversation, without you uploading each file to Reyda.

How it works

  • You connect your own account. Emma reads it with your permissions, so she only sees what you can open.
  • Only you can use your connection. Emma uses it in your conversations only. A colleague who wants the same files connects their own account.
  • Your files stay unchanged. Emma searches and reads. She never creates, edits, moves or deletes files in these tools.
  • Your files stay where they are. Emma reads content when she needs it. It isn’t copied into the Reyda Library.

Before you start

  • You need a role that can use Emma. Viewers can’t use connected tools.
  • Have your SharePoint, Google or Notion sign-in ready.
  • Allow pop-ups for Reyda. The connection opens in a new window.

Connect an account

1

Open Settings → Integrations

If you don’t see the full Settings menu, open the account menu and choose Integrations.
2

Connect the provider

Under Your accounts, find SharePoint, Google Drive or Notion and click Connect.
3

Sign in and grant access

Sign in to the provider in the window that opens and grant access.
4

The card shows Connected

If you see “Your browser blocked the connection window”, allow pop-ups for this site and click Connect again.

Use it with Emma

Ask Emma in chat. Name the tool and what you’re looking for. She tells you which file she used, so you can check it.

Library or connected tool? Use the Library for documents your whole team should rely on, such as certificates, policies and approved boilerplate. Everyone with access can use them, and Emma searches them by default. Use connected tools for material that changes often or that you don’t want to duplicate.

Disconnect

In Settings → Integrations, click Disconnect on the card. Emma loses access immediately.
