The bid/no-bid report gives you a structured case for bidding or walking away. Reyda checks the tender documents against your company profile, past projects and your own bid criteria. Every answer cites its source, so you can check it before you decide.

Before you start

  • The tender is in Pipeline.
  • The buyer documents are on the tender’s Documents tab. Without documents, Create report is disabled.
  • You are an owner, admin or editor. Viewers can open a finished report but can’t create, cancel or export one. See Roles and permissions.
  • Your company profile is filled in. Thin profiles produce more evidence gaps and unverified answers.

Generate the report

1

Open the tender's Overview tab

In Pipeline, open the tender. The Bid/no-bid report card sits on the Overview tab.
2

Click Create report

The card shows Not generated until a report exists.
3

Confirm the report

In Create bid/no-bid report?, click Create report.
4

Wait while it runs

The report opens in Generating Report with a progress bar. “This may take a few minutes.” Click Cancel if you started it by mistake.
5

Open the full report

When the card shows Ready, click Open full report.
Reyda writes the report in the language you use the dashboard in. Only one report can run for a tender at a time.
Closing the report while it’s still generating cancels the run. Leave it open, or go back to the Overview tab and wait for the card to show Ready.
If you see Generation Failed, click Retry. After a cancelled or failed run, the card goes back to Not generated.

Read the report

The card

The Bid/no-bid report card on the Overview tab is the summary.
  • Fit score: a number out of 100. See How the fit score works.
  • Highlights: short lines marked + for good news and ! for something to check, such as mandatory blockers or evidence gaps.

The full report

The full report, Bid vs No-Bid Report, shows Last generated: with the time at the top.
  • The report is grouped into sections, one per bid criteria section: Dates, Overview, Strategy, Expectations For Suppliers and Submission Criteria. In Settings → Bid criteria, the last two are called Supplier requirements and Submission requirements. Each section shows how many criteria it answers, and the first one opens automatically.
  • Each entry has the criterion’s title, the question it answers (after Q:) and the answer.
  • Click the citations count next to an answer to see the SOURCE document and the quoted passage it relies on.
The report is a decision aid. Check the citations for blockers such as minimum turnover, mandatory certifications or exclusion grounds before you rely on them. The decision to bid stays with your team.

How the fit score works

The fit score reflects how well your company meets your bid criteria, based on the tender documents and your profile. The report flags:
  • Mandatory blockers: mandatory requirements your company doesn’t meet. Check these first.
  • Evidence gaps: criteria that are only partly met, or where information is missing that you could supply.
Adding more criteria to a topic gives that topic more weight in the score.

Set your bid criteria

Bid criteria are the questions every report answers. Use them to encode your company’s own go/no-go rules, such as “Do we have a reference project of similar size?” or “Is the payment schedule acceptable?”. Reyda starts every company with a default set of criteria, which owners and admins can edit or delete.
1

Go to Settings → Bid criteria

This tab is for owners and admins. It opens Bid Evaluation Criteria.
2

Click Add criteria

3

Choose a section

Under Select Section, pick Dates, Overview, Strategy, Supplier requirements or Submission requirements.
4

Name the criterion

Enter an Evaluation criteria title, for example “Project timeline assessment”.
5

Describe what to evaluate

Under Evaluation criteria, write the question the report should answer. Be specific about thresholds, for example a minimum contract value or a required certification.
6

Click Add evaluation criteria

Use Edit criteria and Delete criteria to maintain the list. Changes apply to reports you generate or re-generate afterwards; existing reports keep the criteria they were generated with.

Keep the report current

A report doesn’t update on its own. It reflects the buyer documents, your profile and your bid criteria at the time it ran. Re-generate it when:
  • The buyer publishes new or corrected documents, such as clarifications or an amended specification.
  • You update your company profile or past projects.
  • You add, edit or delete bid criteria.
To re-generate, open the full report and click Re-generate. The new run starts straight away and replaces the report on the card when it finishes. If you cancel it or it fails, the card shows Not generated until you create a report again.
Each generation and re-generation uses AI credits. See Plans and credits.

Export the report

In the full report, click Export PDF. Reyda prepares the file and downloads it when it’s ready. Use it to share the case with colleagues or management who don’t use Reyda. Exporting is for owners, admins and editors.

Record your decision

The report doesn’t change the tender’s status. When your team has decided, record it on the Pipeline item. You can only create a response from Triage, so restore a No bid or Archived tender first. Once a tender is in Pursue, its status is managed in Bid Room and can’t be changed from Pipeline. See Create a response.

Ask Emma

Emma can generate or refresh the report from the chat, or from a routine whose instruction asks for it, and discuss the result with you. The report is saved on the tender’s Pipeline item, and Emma links to it when it’s ready. She points to the evidence for each claim and marks gaps as unknown instead of guessing. Whether you bid is your call. Emma can also write her own qualification analysis from wider research, such as the buyer’s portal or the web. She tells you which one you’re getting: Reyda’s standard bid/no-bid report or her own analysis.
