Before you start
- Use your work email. Reyda doesn’t accept sign-ups from personal or disposable email providers, such as free webmail addresses. Sign-in is by email and password.
- Have your company website, registration number and a short list of the services you sell ready.
- If a colleague already created your company’s workspace, choose Join an organization when you sign up. See Invite your team.
- AI features, such as Emma’s chat and reports, use credits and some need an active plan. See Plans and credits.
Set up your workspace
1
Sign up and verify your email
Sign up with your work email and click the link in the verification email.
2
Choose Create a new organization
Under How would you like to continue?, choose Create a new organization.
3
Enter your company name and website
Enter your company name and website, then click Autofill with AI. Reyda reads your website and fills in a description and other details. Check what it filled in and correct anything that is wrong.
4
Add your company details
On the next screen, enter your revenue, company size, industry, registration number and country, then click Sign up.
5
Add your interests
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings. You land on Company. Add a handful of Interests that describe what you deliver, such as “road maintenance” or “IT consulting services”. Avoid single vague words like “software”. Use Interest preview to see how each interest would have performed over the last 6 months.
6
Add the CPV codes you track
Under Track CPV codes, add the CPV codes that buyers use for your work. CPV codes are the EU’s standard codes for what is being bought. Click Save changes.
7
Open Settings → Preferences and click Edit preferences
Set your preferred countries and a contract value range in euros.
Review your matches

3
Flag notices that are wrong for you
If the notice is wrong for you, click the thumbs-down icon (Not relevant) and pick a reason. This feedback improves future matches.
