What’s on the page
- Supplier profiles: your company as it appears in public award data.
- Public contracts: contracts linked to your claimed profile.
- Added projects: private or commercial projects that aren’t in public contract data.
Claim your supplier profile
When a buyer awards a public contract, the winner’s name and details are published. Reyda groups these awards into supplier profiles. Claim the one that represents your legal entity.1
Search for your supplier profile
Under Supplier profiles, search by supplier name, registration number, VAT number or website.
2
Check the match evidence on each result
Registration match, VAT match, Website match, Country match or Name match. A registration or VAT match is the strongest sign it’s you.
3
Click Claim profile
4
Review the Public contracts list
Each contract shows the buyer, award year, CPV code and contract value where published.
Add private and commercial projects
Many of your best references won’t be in public data: private clients, subcontracts, framework call-offs or work abroad.1
Under Added projects, click Add project
2
Fill in the project details
Fill in Project name, Buyer, Description and Start date. Project name, description and start date are required.
3
Add an End date, or tick Ongoing project
4
Enter the Value (EUR) and your Role
Primary contractor, Subcontractor, Partner, Supplier or Consultant.
5
Click Add project, then Save projects
Write descriptions buyers can use. Describe the scope, the outcome and something measurable, for example “Migrated 1,200 users to
Microsoft 365 in 10 weeks with zero downtime”. Emma reuses these descriptions as reference text,
so the more specific they are, the better your drafts.
How Reyda uses your projects
- Matching: Reyda checks your experience when it assesses how well a tender fits. With no projects, an opportunity may show “Add past projects to improve this”. See How matching works.
- Bid drafts: when a tender asks for references, Emma picks relevant projects and cites them. She tells you when no project fits a reference requirement instead of inventing one.
Ask Emma
Emma can read your past projects and public award history and suggest which to use. She doesn’t edit this page. You add and claim projects yourself.Ask Emma
