Reyda follows the way bid teams already work: find a tender, qualify it, write the response, then submit it. Each stage has its own area in the app, and Emma can help at every step.

First, set up your profile

Matching starts with your company profile. To find it, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings. In Settings → Company, you describe your services, interests and CPV codes (the EU’s standard codes for what is being bought). In Settings → Preferences, you set countries, regions and contract value. Settings → Experience links your public contract history and past projects. The better this profile, the better your recommendations. See Set up your company profile.

1. Find

New notices arrive from TED and national portals every day. Reyda scores them against your profile.
  • Opportunities → Recommended shows notices selected for your company. Notices that may fit but need your judgment appear under For review, if there are any.
  • Expiring contracts shows awarded contracts that end in the coming months, so you can prepare for the re-tender.
  • Upcoming shows planned notices, such as prior information notices.
  • Browse lets you search all notices.
Each recommended notice has a Relevance box that explains why it matched your profile. When you want Emma’s view, ask her to qualify a notice, or set up a routine that has her review new matches on a schedule. See Opportunity views and How matching works.

2. Qualify

Click Add to pipeline on a notice to move it into Pipeline, under Triage. On the pipeline item you can generate:
  • a Bid/no-bid report, scored against your own bid criteria;
  • a Buyer activity report, showing what the buyer has bought before;
  • Proposed buyer questions to send before the clarification deadline.
Then decide. Mark the item No bid, archive it, or click Create response to move it to Pursue and open a Bid Room. See Pipeline overview.

3. Respond

The Bid Room is where the bid gets written. Reyda extracts the buyer’s requirements from the tender documents automatically. Emma can turn the bid into a work plan with deliverables, then draft answers from your library, fill buyer forms and keep track of open questions. Your team assigns owners, comments and reviews every change. Documents keep a version history, so you can compare and restore. See Bid Rooms overview.

4. Submit

When the files are ready, you download them and upload them to the buyer’s portal. The Final package panel in the Bid Room can compile and verify the accepted files for you.
You submit, not Emma. Reyda prepares the files. Submitting a bid, signing declarations and committing to a price are always decisions for an authorised person in your company.

Where Emma fits in

Emma works across every stage. Open her with Open Emma at the bottom of the sidebar. She sees the page you are on, so you can ask about the notice, pipeline item or document in front of you. She can also work in Bid Room comments (mention @Emma), in Slack, and through routines.
