You should not have to search portals every morning. This recipe sets up layers of monitoring: Reyda’s daily matching, email alerts from your search profiles, and a routine where Emma reviews new matches and posts to Slack. You decide which tenders are worth a closer look.

Who it’s for

Founders and sales leads who want to see the right tenders without checking Reyda every day, and teams that live in Slack.

Before you start

  • Your company profile has specific interests and CPV codes. “IT consulting services” matches better than “software”.
  • An admin has connected Slack in Settings → Integrations if you want Slack delivery. See Slack.

Steps

1

Save search profiles for each market you target

In Opportunities, set your search and filters, then click Save next to the search box and switch on Email updates (Daily or Weekly). You can change this later in Settings → Preferences, under Search profiles. Every member can manage their own search profiles.
2

Ask Emma to create a review routine

A routine only reviews opportunities when its instruction asks Emma to.

Ask Emma

3

Review the proposal card Emma shows and click Confirm

You can also build it yourself: in Routines, click New routine, choose On a schedule, write What it does, and pick Slack under Delivery method.
4

Check the first runs

In Routines, use Run now to test, then View run history to see each run’s status and summary. Click Open chat to see Emma’s full work.
Delivery options. Routine results are always saved in the routine’s conversation. You can also send them to Slack. Microsoft Teams and email delivery are coming soon.

What Emma does and what you decide

Emma: runs your routines on schedule and, when the instruction asks her to, qualifies new matches against your profile and sends one summary per run. You: set what she watches and where results go, review the shortlist, and decide what goes into Pipeline. Emma reports; adding a tender to Pipeline or bidding is your call unless you ask her to do it.

Tips

Tune with feedback. When a routine or search alert surfaces a poor match, click the thumbs-down icon (Not relevant) and pick a reason. Then refine your interests or CPV codes. The Interest preview in your company profile shows how each interest would have performed over the last 6 months.
  • Pin your most-used search profile so it is one click away in Opportunities.
  • Each routine run is AI work and uses credits. Daily is usually enough; hourly rarely helps.
  • Use Upcoming to watch prior information notices (PINs), where buyers announce tenders in advance.
