Who it’s for
Bid managers who need to confirm a deadline, a corrigendum (a published correction to a notice), or new documents without spending time clicking through a portal. Before you start
- You know which portal hosts the tender. The opportunity’s Full Notice tab usually names it.
- Emma’s browser reaches public websites only. It cannot reach private networks.
Steps
1
Ask Emma to check the portal
Open the opportunity or Bid Room so Emma has the tender’s context, then ask her to check the portal.
Ask Emma
2
Watch Emma work
The Reyda browser panel opens beside the chat when she starts browsing. You can also open it with Open browser in the chat header. The status shows Agent has control.
3
Take control if needed
If the portal asks you to sign in, accept terms, or solve a check only a person should handle, click Take control. Complete the step yourself, then click Return to agent.
4
Save evidence
Click Save screenshot to keep a record of what the portal showed.
5
Read Emma's report
She tells you what she verified and what she could not. If a date differs from Reyda’s record, she says so.
6
Act on changes
Update the Bid Room End date if the deadline moved, and ask Emma to update the work.
Ask Emma
7
Upload any new documents
If new documents were published, download them from the portal and upload them to the Bid Room with Upload document, so Emma works from the latest versions.
What Emma does and what you decide
Emma: navigates the portal, reads the notice and published changes, compares them with Reyda’s record, and reports with sources. You: sign in where a personal account is required, accept portal terms, decide whether a change affects your bid, and submit. Emma does not submit tenders on portals.Tips
- If the browser fails, the rest of your work is unaffected. Ask Emma to try again, or check the portal yourself.
- Browsing is AI work and uses credits. Ask Emma to check specific facts rather than “look around”.
- For regular checks on the same tender, ask Emma to set up a routine that tells you only when something changes. See Routines.
