Short answers to the questions bid teams ask most. Each answer links to the page with the full detail.

Getting started

You can’t. Reyda uses email and password only. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
Reyda requires a work email address. Personal and disposable addresses, such as free webmail, are rejected. Use your company address.
Verify your email first. On the sign-in page, click Resend verification email if you can’t find the link.
An owner or admin must approve your request under Settings → Members → Members Request. While you wait, you can click Send Reminder. Reminders are limited; see Limits. See Invite your team.
No, but Reyda works in a mobile browser. The mobile navigation does not include Pipeline or Snippets, so use a desktop browser for those.

Emma

Viewers cannot use Emma. Ask an owner or admin to change your role to Editor. See Roles and permissions.
No, it’s the same Emma. On a computer, you open her with Open Emma at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, the menu item is called Assistant, and some screens call her “Reyda AI”.
Not yet. Each new conversation starts fresh, and Emma doesn’t see your other chats. She works from what is saved in your workspace, such as documents, Bid Rooms, the Library and your company profile. To continue an earlier conversation, open it from Previous chats. See Trust and limits. Put facts Emma should always use, such as your company overview, in the Library or Snippets.
Emma never submits a bid. That’s always yours to do on the buyer’s portal. Emails from her mailbox wait for your approval, unless an admin has allowed her to send on her own. Pricing, bid/no-bid and submission decisions always come back to you. See Questions and approvals.
An owner or admin can add credits in Settings → Usage & Limits or change plan in Settings → Plans. See Plans and credits.
Check the citation or the Sources panel to see where it came from. If a claim has no source, treat it as unverified and ask Emma for the evidence. See Sources and citations.
Not yet. You can work with Emma in Reyda and in Slack. See Coming soon.

Opportunities

Make your Interests more specific, check your CPV codes and set preferred countries and a value range. Click the thumbs-down icon (Not relevant) on bad matches and pick a reason. See Set up your company profile and How matching works.
Reyda is rebuilding your matches, for example after a profile change. Check back shortly.
Switch to Browse, search by title, buyer or reference, and clear your filters.
Click Fetch documents. If it fails, download the files from the portal and use Upload Document.

Pipeline and Bid Room

Generation needs the notice’s documents. Fetch or upload them first. AI features also need a paid plan once the free trial ends.
Ask Emma to run a compliance check in the Bid Room. The extracted requirements are on the Requirements tab. See Requirements.
Encrypted, XFA-based and signed PDFs can’t be edited in Reyda. Ask the buyer for an editable version, or ask Emma to prepare the answers in a separate document.
Reyda can’t save spreadsheets that contain images. Remove the images from a copy, or fill that sheet outside Reyda.
Only if you share it. Use Share to invite them as a guest with Viewer or Editor access. Guests see only what you share. See Sharing and guests.

Notifications and settings

Most settings tabs are for owners and admins. Other members see Preferences and Integrations only.
Email delivery needs Emma’s mailbox to be set up. Choose Slack instead, or ask an admin to set up the mailbox. See Notifications.
The briefing only includes opportunities Emma has qualified for your company that haven’t been briefed yet. If there is nothing new, it sends nothing. See Opportunity briefing.
Not yet. Results appear in chat and can be copied to Slack. See Coming soon and Routines.
Still stuck? Ask Emma in the chat pane. She can see the page you are on and often explains what is blocking you. For anything else, email support@reyda.ai. See Get help.
