# Use cases

> Practical recipes for finding, qualifying, and winning public tenders with Reyda and Emma.

These recipes show how bid teams use Reyda and Emma, Reyda's AI bid manager, for real tasks. Each one tells you who it is for, what you end up with, and the exact steps. Most steps include a request you can copy into Emma's chat.

## Before you try a recipe

* Set up your [company profile](https://reyda.mintlify.site/getting-started/company-profile.md). Matching, reports, and Emma's drafts all depend on it.
* Add your strongest material to the [Library](https://reyda.mintlify.site/knowledge/library.md). Emma searches it before she writes.
* AI work uses credits. See [Plans and credits](https://reyda.mintlify.site/account/plans-and-credits.md).
* Viewers can read the workspace but cannot use Emma. See [Roles and permissions](https://reyda.mintlify.site/account/roles-and-permissions.md).
