# Limits

> File sizes, counts and other limits that apply in Reyda and when working with Emma.

Reyda has a few fixed limits. Most teams never reach them. Credit usage depends on your plan and is covered in [Plans and credits](https://reyda.mintlify.site/account/plans-and-credits.md).

## Company profile and search

| Item | Limit |

| Interests on your company profile | 20 |
| Locations in a search profile (countries, regions, cities) | 5 |
| CPV codes in a search profile | 2 to 8 digits each |

## Library and files

| Item | Limit |
| - | - |
| Library file size | 50 MB per file |
| Library files per upload | 5 |
| Library file types | PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, PNG, JPEG |
| Tags per library document | 10 |
| Tag length | 32 characters (letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens and underscores) |
| Buyer files for a new Bid Room | DOCX, PDF, XLSX, XLS, PPTX, PPT |

Encrypted, XFA-based or signed PDFs can't be filled in. Spreadsheets that contain images can't be saved after editing.

## Emma and routines

| Item | Limit |
| - | - |
| Who can use Emma | Owners, admins and editors. Viewers and guests cannot. |
| Routines per organization | 50 |
| Shortest schedule | Every hour in the Routines form. Schedules set through Emma can run as often as every 2 minutes. |
| Routine delivery | In chat, plus Slack. Microsoft Teams and email are **Coming soon**. |

## Slack and mailbox

| Item | Limit |
| - | - |
| Slack channels | Public internal channels and DMs. Not private or externally shared channels. |
| Files you attach to a Slack message | 5, up to 25 MiB each |
| Files Emma returns per Slack reply | 10, up to 50 MiB each |
| Emma conversations at once in Slack | 3 per workspace |
| Mailbox addresses per organization | 1. The address can't be changed yet. |
| Attachments per email | 50 MiB combined |

## Account

| Item | Limit |
| - | - |
| Password | At least 8 characters, with upper and lower case letters, a number and a special character |
| Join request reminders | One every 24 hours |
| Sign-in methods | Email and password only |
