# Get help

> Where to find answers about Reyda and Emma, and how to contact Reyda support.

## Find an answer

* **Search the help center.** Press **⌘K** (or **Ctrl+K**) and type what you're trying to do.
* **Ask Emma.** On the page you're stuck on, click **Open Emma** at the bottom of the sidebar. She can see the page and often explains what is blocking you.
* **Check the FAQ.** Common problems and fixes are in [FAQ and troubleshooting](https://reyda.mintlify.site/reference/faq.md).

## Contact support

Email **[support@reyda.ai](mailto:support@reyda.ai)**. To help us answer quickly, include:

* what you were trying to do, and on which page;
* what happened instead, with a screenshot if you can;
* your company name, and the tender or Bid Room it's about.
