# Past projects

> Claim your public supplier profile and add private projects so Reyda can use your track record in matching and bid drafts.

Buyers want proof that you have done similar work before. **Past projects** collects that proof in one place: contracts you have won in public procurement, and private or commercial projects you add yourself. Reyda uses them to check the **Experience** factor in matching, and Emma uses them as references when she drafts bids.

Go to **Settings → Experience**. This tab is for owners and admins.

## What's on the page

* **Supplier profiles**: your company as it appears in public award data.
* **Public contracts**: contracts linked to your claimed profile.
* **Added projects**: private or commercial projects that aren't in public contract data.

A summary at the top counts your **Projects**, **Public projects** and total **Awarded value**.

## Claim your supplier profile

When a buyer awards a public contract, the winner's name and details are published. Reyda groups these awards into supplier profiles. Claim the one that represents your legal entity.

**1. Search for your supplier profile**

Under **Supplier profiles**, search by supplier name, registration number, VAT number or website.

**2. Check the match evidence on each result**

**Registration match**, **VAT match**, **Website match**, **Country match** or **Name match**. A registration or VAT match is the strongest sign it's you.

**3. Click **Claim profile****

**4. Review the **Public contracts** list**

Each contract shows the buyer, award year, CPV code and contract value where published.

If you claimed the wrong profile, click **Remove**.

> [!TIP]
>
> No results? Try the exact legal company name, your registration number or your VAT number. Very
> small companies, or those that have only worked as subcontractors, may not appear in public award
> data. Add your projects manually instead.

## Add private and commercial projects

Many of your best references won't be in public data: private clients, subcontracts, framework call-offs or work abroad.

**1. Under **Added projects**, click **Add project****

**2. Fill in the project details**

Fill in **Project name**, **Buyer**, **Description** and **Start date**. Project name, description and start date are required.

**3. Add an **End date**, or tick **Ongoing project****

**4. Enter the **Value (EUR)** and your **Role****

**Primary contractor**, **Subcontractor**, **Partner**, **Supplier** or **Consultant**.

**5. Click **Add project**, then **Save projects****

Use **Edit project** and **Remove project** to keep the list current.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Write descriptions buyers can use.** Describe the scope, the outcome and something measurable, for example "Migrated 1,200 users to
> Microsoft 365 in 10 weeks with zero downtime". Emma reuses these descriptions as reference text,
> so the more specific they are, the better your drafts.

## How Reyda uses your projects

* **Matching**: Reyda checks your experience when it assesses how well a tender fits. With no projects, an opportunity may show "Add past projects to improve this". See [How matching works](https://reyda.mintlify.site/opportunities/how-matching-works.md).
* **Bid drafts**: when a tender asks for references, Emma picks relevant projects and cites them. She tells you when no project fits a reference requirement instead of inventing one.

## Ask Emma

Emma can read your past projects and public award history and suggest which to use. She doesn't edit this page. You add and claim projects yourself.

Ask Emma

Which of our past projects best meet this tender's requirement for three references above 200,000
EUR in the last five years?

Ask Emma

Draft the reference project section for this response using our two most relevant past projects.

Ask Emma

Look up our public contract awards and tell me which buyers have hired us more than once.
