# Quickstart

> Your first steps in Reyda — set up your company profile, review your matches and start your first bid with Emma.

This guide takes you from a new account to your first bid. You set up your profile, check your recommended tenders, qualify one, and ask Emma to start the response.

## Before you start

* Use your work email. Reyda doesn't accept sign-ups from personal or disposable email providers, such as free webmail addresses. Sign-in is by email and password.
* Have your company website, registration number and a short list of the services you sell ready.
* If a colleague already created your company's workspace, choose **Join an organization** when you sign up. See [Invite your team](https://reyda.mintlify.site/getting-started/invite-your-team.md).
* AI features, such as Emma's chat and reports, use credits and some need an active plan. See [Plans and credits](https://reyda.mintlify.site/account/plans-and-credits.md).

## Set up your workspace

**1. Sign up and verify your email**

Sign up with your work email and click the link in the verification email.

**2. Choose **Create a new organization****

Under **How would you like to continue?**, choose **Create a new organization**.

**3. Enter your company name and website**

Enter your company name and website, then click **Autofill with AI**. Reyda reads your website and fills in a description and other details. Check what it filled in and correct anything that is wrong.

**4. Add your company details**

On the next screen, enter your revenue, company size, industry, registration number and country, then click **Sign up**.

**5. Add your interests**

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then **Settings**. You land on **Company**. Add a handful of **Interests** that describe what you deliver, such as "road maintenance" or "IT consulting services". Avoid single vague words like "software". Use **Interest preview** to see how each interest would have performed over the last 6 months.

**6. Add the CPV codes you track**

Under **Track CPV codes**, add the CPV codes that buyers use for your work. CPV codes are the EU's standard codes for what is being bought. Click **Save changes**.

**7. Open **Settings → Preferences** and click **Edit preferences****

Set your preferred countries and a contract value range in euros.

> [!TIP]
>
> **Profile quality drives matching.** Recommendations refresh after you save. If the list looks off, adjust your interests first. See
> [Set up your company profile](https://reyda.mintlify.site/getting-started/company-profile.md).

## Review your matches

**1. Open **Opportunities****

The **Recommended** view shows notices selected for your company. If you see **Updating your recommendations**, give it a moment.

**2. Open a notice**

Read the **AI Summary**, then check the **Relevance** box to see why it matched your profile.

**3. Flag notices that are wrong for you**

If the notice is wrong for you, click the thumbs-down icon (**Not relevant**) and pick a reason. This feedback improves future matches.

**4. When a notice looks promising, click **Add to pipeline****

## Qualify and start your first bid

**1. Open **Pipeline****

Your notice is under **Triage**, the tab for tenders you haven't assessed yet. Click **Review**.

**2. Create the bid/no-bid report**

On the **Bid/no-bid report** card, click **Create report** and confirm. It lists requirements, blockers, evidence gaps and a recommendation.

**3. If you decide to bid, click **Create response** and confirm**

Reyda creates a Bid Room and moves the item to **Pursue**.

**4. Open the **Requirements** tab**

In the Bid Room, open the **Requirements** tab to see what Reyda extracted from the tender documents.

**5. Ask Emma to plan the response**

Click **Open Emma** at the bottom of the sidebar to open her chat, then ask her to plan the response.

Ask Emma

Create a response plan for this bid. List the documents the buyer wants, who should own each one,
and what we are missing from our library.

Emma proposes the work and starts on what she can do from the available evidence. When she needs a decision from you, she shows a **Needs input** card. Nothing is sent to the buyer, and nothing is submitted, without you.
