# Language and appearance

> Switch Reyda between English, German and Dutch, choose a light or dark theme, and get Emma's replies in your language.

## Change the interface language

**1. Open the account menu in the sidebar**

**2. Choose **Language**, then **English**, **German** or **Dutch****

The change applies straight away and is saved to your account, so it follows you to other devices.

## Change the theme

**1. Open the account menu**

**2. Choose **Appearance**, then **System**, **Light** or **Dark****

**System** follows your computer's light or dark setting.

## Emma's language

Emma replies in the language of your latest message, independently of the interface language. You can also ask her for a specific language, which is useful when the tender is in one language and your team works in another.

Ask Emma

Summarise this tender in English, but draft the answers to the quality questions in German, as the
buyer requires.

Some AI-generated text, such as the reasoning on recommended tenders, is produced in English or German.

## Tender documents in other languages

Tender documents stay in the buyer's language. To read one in your language, open the document and use **Translate document**, then **Translate to…**. Switch back with **Original**. Translation may not be enabled in every workspace.
